The KM-8020X is a heavy duty version of the standard KM-8020 wheelchair. It can support up to 160 kg and features an extra wide seat and upgraded casters and rear wheels. The sturdy double crossbrace and adjustable center-of-gravity provide better stability. All of the KM-8020 accessories are compatible with the KM-8020X.

Karma Healthcare KM-8020X Premium Wheelchair is suitable for heavy users. It comes with foldable backrest and detachable swing-away footrests.

By changing the position of the rear wheel axle, you change the center of gravity of the wheelchair, and thus changing the performance of the wheelchair. Moving the rear wheels back will increase the base area, therefore making the chair most stable. Moving the rear wheels forwards will decrease the base area, allowing caster to roll and swivel more easily
